The Prince Albert Grand council is now accepting applications from qualified individuals for the position of Administrative Assistant/Data Entry at Yuasni Tipi Family Treatment Centre. Reporting to the Director of Yuasni Tipi Family Treatment Centre, The Administrative Assistant/Data Entry is responsible for coordination of activities for the Director of Yuasni Tipi Family Treatment Centre and is responsible for Data Entry and Accreditation support.
Main Duties
- Take minutes at meetings: shorthand or transcription experienced preferred
- Prepare agendas and plan for committee, boards, and other meetings
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
- Liaise with department and corporate officials and with other organizations and associations on behalf of the Corporate Director
- Make Travel arrangements
- Prepare schedules and plan conferences, meetings, gatherings, and conventions
- Assist with
- Yuasni Tipi Data Base and Accreditation supports
- Performing data entry with consistency and accuracy
- Prepare and maintain concise and accurate records
Education/Experience:
- Certificate/Diploma in Office Business Administration and/or equivalent education and experience
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality as it pertains to all aspects of office information
- Working knowledge of computer software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Internet research)
- Typing accuracy of 70 wpm or better
- Possess excellent communication skills and knowledge of policies and procedures
- Two years of continuous sobriety
- Ability to speak a First Nations language is an asset
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Satisfactory security clearance
- Knowledge, awareness and understanding of First Nations Culture.
