This competition is open only to PAGC First Nation Members or permanent employees of the Prince Albert Grand Council.
The Prince Albert Grand Council is now accepting applications for the position of a ¾ time data entry clerk for the Urban Alternative Measures Program located in Prince Albert.
Duties:
Under the supervision of the Prince Albert Grand Council Justice Rural Co-coordinator, the successful applicant’s responsibilities will be to:
- Input client registrations
- Monitor and track clients
- Answering Phone
- Assist in answering inquires or refers to the proper personnel relative to the Justice and Alternative Measures Program
- Possess excellent communication skills and knowledge of policies and procedures
- Performing data entry work with consistency and accuracy
- Assist with Rural AMP questions/referrals for assistant director
- Oversee Alternative Measures Coordinators responsibilities when out of office.
Qualifications:
The successful applicant must have completed Grade 12 or equivalent combination of education and experience; must possess a Sask. Driver’s license, transportation and willingness to travel. Knowledge of and sensitivity towards Aboriginal cultures and traditions is an asset for this position.
