CALL CENTRE ANALYST

This competition is open only to PAGC First Nation Members or permanent employees of the Prince Albert Grand Council.

The Prince Albert Grand Council is now accepting applications for Casual Call Centre Analyst at Sprucelodge Boarding Home located in Prince Albert. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Administration and Office activities.
  • Strong writing and communications skills.
  • Ability to oversee operations as required
  • Prepare program reports.
  • Effective and efficient administration and day to day operations.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret information management systems.
  • Ability to coordinate and organize medical transportation and assistance as outline by the NIHB Policy Framework Model
  • Must be willing to work after-hours, weekends and/or holidays  

Qualifications:

  • Must have relevant computer training with an emphasis on Excel
  • Knowledge of First Nations cultural values and traditions would be an asset
  • Must have a valid Saskatchewan Drivers License.
  • Must have a CPIC and Vulnerable Sector Check, they are required for this position.
  • Ability to speak an official language of the Prince Albert Grand Council (Cree, Dene, Dakota) would be an asset.
  • Must undergo a Federal Criminal Record Search, the results of which may influence the decision to employ.
