Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Labour Market Survey Analysts to join our team. As a Labour Market Survey Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in collecting, analyzing, and presenting labor market data to our clients. You will work closely with the PAGC – Urban Services Network project team to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. If you have a passion for community, data analysis, a keen eye for detail, and a deep interest in labor market trends, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection: Conduct surveys and interviews, both online and in-person, to collect labor market data. Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze collected data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the labor market. Use statistical tools and software to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Report Generation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations that communicate labor market findings, trends, and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored labor market analysis and recommendations.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure data quality and consistency throughout the research process by conducting regular checks and validations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including researchers, data scientists, and project managers, to deliver high-quality labor market insights.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or GED certificate or equivalent. Training will be provided to successful candidates.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; diplomatic
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with survey tools and online data collection platforms is desirable.
  • Responsible, proactive, client-focused, dedicated, and a team player
