The Prince Albert Grand Council is now accepting applications for two interim full-time First Nation Child and Family Service Navigational support workers. Under the direction of the director of health and social development the worker will be responsible to provide education and awareness to claimants relating to the compensation under the class actions on First Nations child and Family Services Jordan’s principle.

Qualifications
- Baccalaureate Degree in Health or Social Science
- Registered member in good standing of the College of professional association applicable to the providers profession
- Ability to work effectively within a holistic team approach.
- Good understanding of community development models
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct group individual educational sessions.
- Support claimants in a culturally safe way.
- Knowledge and experience in trauma informed care
- Valid class 5 driver's license
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Extensive knowledge in the child and Family Services class action compensation
Assets
- Two years related experience
- An ability to speak or understand a Prince Albert Grand Council First Nation language
