PAGC YES Program

Program Overview

The YES Program is a dynamic, Jordan’s Principle-funded youth initiative designed for youth ages 11 to 18. We provide a safe, welcoming, and enriching environment where young people can socialize, discover their potential, and deepen their connection to their culture and the land. 

Eligibility

 Age Requirement: Youth between 11 and 18 years old.

 Registration Requirement: A valid treaty status number is required to join the program.

Schedule & Logistics

 Operating Days: 

    • Tuesday through Friday 4pm-9pm
    • Saturday – 11-7pm
    • Summertime Hours – Mon-Friday 11-7pm

 Convenience & Accessibility: Both meals and transportation are fully provided to ensure all participants can attend comfortably and focus on their personal growth.

Core Programming & Support Services

We offer a diverse range of on-site activities and professional support services tailored to foster well-being, confidence, and community connection:

 Land-Based Culture: Immersive cultural activities, traditional teachings, ceremonies, and land-based learning to strengthen cultural identity.

 Mental Health Support Services: Dedicated on-site guidance and support to promote emotional well-being and resilience.

 Life Skills & Self-Regulation: Practical coaching and tools to help youth build independence, emotional regulation, and daily coping strategies.

 Creative Arts & Music: Creative outlets allowing youth to explore self-expression through various art forms and music.

 Physical Activity: Engaging sports and movement-based activities that encourage healthy, active lifestyles.
