The Prince Albert Grand Council is now accepting applications for the Receptionist at the Child Care & Education Centre. Reporting to the Director of Child Care & Education Centre, the Receptionist is responsible for administrative support to the CCEC Programs.
This competition is open only to PAGC First Nations Members and permanent employees of the Prince Albert Grand Council.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- Possess a Business Administration Diploma from a recognized business college or have equivalent experience.
- Ability to prioritize work activities and meet deadlines is essential, as well as the ability to pay careful attention to detail and accuracy of work at all times. Individuals must be a team player who is able to work cooperatively with others.
- Successful candidate must provide a Provincial/Federal Check, which will enable them to work with on-line systems.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality as it pertains to all aspects of office information.
ASSETS:
- Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
- Satisfactory security clearance.
- Ability to speak an official language of the Prince Albert Grand Council would be an asset.
